Dus….at Myst A fine dining experience - by Hemchandra Shetty

24rd June 2005: Irfan Mirza, Rahul Setia, and Gaurav Mehra of Myst played host to celebrate the completion of one the most awaited movie ‘DUS’ last night. As the night grooved to the popular tracks from the movie and other wise, the cast and crew were celebrating like never before. From director Anubhav Sinha who celebrated his birthday by cutting a cake to producer Nitin Manmohan to Gulshan Grover, Raima Sen, Suniel & Mana Shetty and music director Shekhar were seen jigging away and were joined in by the movers and shakers of the party while Salil Chaturvedi.................

Bosco, Model Chez Shetty, Sayali Bhagat Singer Sunidhi Chauhan, Shruti Seth, actress Mahima Mehta among others were enjoying the cocktails and food that this charming restaurant and lounge has to offer.

Barely a year old, and with tastefully done interiors in a perfect blend of steel, wood and glass, Myst charms you all the way, with its clean and sleek appearance. Its refreshing ambience in wood-finish on one hand underlines tranquility while the brick effect and the sleeper wood wall exudes energy. The back lit onyx – marble bar beckons you to some lip smacking Margarita and Caprioshca with some fifty-six to sixty odd cocktails on the menu. This 2300 sq feet area of pure pleasure includes range of cuisines - world fusion food, Continental to the highly palatable Indian cuisine. Myst also boasts of being one of the only places that offers delicious Liqueur Coffees, both hot and cold – with choices varying from eight hot Liqueur Coffees to two cold Liqueur Coffees. It also houses some of the most mouth-watering desserts. And for the odd hours, it has also incorporated a sandwich section between meal hours.

Myst with its different seating arrangement has one section with a lower seating with stone tables which turns into a gorgeous waterfall after going through the glass façade, where one can relish oin soups salds pastas desserts like irish chocolate biscuit cake to greek salads to tandoori rawas to stuffed baked potatoes with options galore. Myst is jointly run and managed by three enterprising young men - Irfan Mirza, Rahul Setia, and Gaurav Mehra. Says Gaurav, “We felt the need for a space like Myst in Lokhandwala as having grown up here myself, I always wanted the kind of food we serve here, yet had to travel long distances to do so”.

Myst offers you an experience in fine dining, complimented by just the right ambience, great food, excellent service, the right music and some fine spirits!!
